This morning, I was listening to @alisonjprince ‘s excellent podcast for e-comm business owners. She interviewed a lady who sold over 1,000 blankets at $150 each last year. She went from 0 to $150,000 in sales in a year (!)

She was so casual about what it took. She posted to different social media platforms, and one worked better than the rest for her business-TikTok.

In her story, she shares that at first NO ONE was watching or interacting.
It took a while for anything to hit.

Then her first video went viral.
Sales followed.

She is not a perfectionist about how she creates Tik Toks or reels...She just does it.

She just did it at first, but had no idea that would lead to her six figure business.

Got me thinking...what would we all do if we knew it would work?

Reach out to that influencer?
Make the video?
Send the email?

Probably we would do more if we had more confidence that it would work.

When it doesn't work at first, it feels like a waste of time. And not fun to put yourself out there.
